BUILDING A FOUNDATION
Our goal is to narrow the urban-rural political divide, and we believe San Diego County is the perfect place to begin that journey.
Nearly 20% of the population of San Diego County lives in Poway, Santee, and the unincorporated communities in North and East County. When election time comes around, courageous candidates in these places are often overlooked by traditional political structures, such as established parties or canvassing programs.
While many of our candidates face uphill battles, we believe it is vital to provide the financial support they need to build foundations in order to move toward a more compassionate politics in areas prone to extremism.

WHAT WE DO
OUR VALUES
In a political environment increasingly influenced by extremism, we believe the best way forward is to support and elect candidates to our special districts and small cities who reflect our shared values:
Freedom
All people should be able to speak, travel, worship, and marry without interference from government or other outside entities. Representative democracy is founded on collective self-determination and we support candidates who espouse these goals. Our candidates promote policies that ensure freedom from illness, violence, economic hardship, and exploitation by supporting infrastructure improvements, public health, access to healthcare, social security, and protecting our natural environment.
Compassion
The first step toward narrowing our political divides in San Diego County is governing with compassion, and we support candidates who are committed to replacing the politics of fear, anger, and extremism with that of understanding and an emphasis on community well-being.
Dignity
Every person has the right to be valued and respected for their own sake, and to be treated ethically by elected officials and other members of their community. Our candidates have promised to uphold the dignity of all people in their districts and to support policies that ensure this dignity will never be harmed nor impinged upon.
Justice
Our candidates believe in the fair treatment of all people, no matter their background. They will work to promote justice and equity in their districts and across San Diego County.
